Using Mockup Studio

Updated Nov 6, 2026

Mockup Studio turns your cover into photoreal product images for sales pages, Etsy and social media: a hardcover on a desk, a paperback in hands, a tablet at a café and more. Add your cover, pick up to four scenes (or describe your own), choose a format and click Generate. Each mockup takes about 10 seconds. It's included in the Master Library ($97 one-time) under Create > Mockup Studio.

Step by step

  1. Add your cover. Drop in a PNG or JPG, or the PDF itself (Mockup Studio uses page 1). You can also pick one of your covers from the Cover Generator, click Mockups on a product page, or click Mockups in the PDF Rebrander to send your branded cover over.
  2. Pick scenes, up to four per run:
    • Hardcover on a desk
    • Paperback in hands
    • Tablet at a café
    • Phone in hand
    • Laptop workspace
    • Stack of copies
    • Flat lay
    • Studio backdrop
    • Bookstore shelf
    • Spiral workbook
    • Digital bundle
    • Golden hour outdoors
    • Describe your own: any setting in your words, for example "on a marble kitchen counter next to a bowl of lemons, bright morning light"
  3. Choose a format: 4:3 (sales page), 1:1 (Instagram), 4:5 (Etsy and feeds) or 16:9 (hero banner).
  4. Pick a backdrop colour for scenes with a plain backdrop.
  5. Click Generate.

Use your mockups

  • Download each mockup as a PNG.
  • Regenerate a single scene if you'd like another take.
  • Your recent mockups stay in this browser so you can download them later.

Tips

  • Use your final cover. The mockup keeps your cover's artwork, colours and text, so rebrand first, then shoot.
  • Match the scene to the product. A workbook reads best as a spiral workbook or flat lay; a short guide on a tablet or phone; a bundle as a digital bundle.
  • For Etsy, use 4:5 or 4:3 and make several scenes: the first image sells, the rest show what's inside.
  • Check the cover in each image. If a detail looks off, regenerate that scene.

How many mockups?

Mockups are unlimited for normal use. A fair-use cap stops scripts and shared logins; if you reach it, the message says it resets at midnight UTC.

Which products work

Covers of ebooks, guides, workbooks, checklists, listicles, prompt packs and toolstacks, or any cover image you upload. Library video, audio, email mini-course and Notion products can't be loaded directly, but you can upload any cover you've made for them.

If you joined before 4 November 2026

You keep what your plan included. The PDF Rebrander, Cover Generator and Mockup Studio are included on the older Pro / Lifetime, Yearly and Monthly plans. Master Library Lite and the older Basic plan don't include them: the tools open, but the paid features show an upgrade option instead. If you're not sure which plan you have, email support@entrepedia.co.
