Troubleshooting Download Issues

If your downloads aren't working, try these solutions.
Most Common Issue: Pop-Up Blocker
Our download system uses a pop-up window. If pop-ups are blocked, the download won't start.
How to Fix:
Chrome:
- Click the blocked pop-up icon in the address bar
- Select "Always allow pop-ups from app.entrepedia.co"
- Or: Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Pop-ups → Add app.entrepedia.co to "Allowed"
Safari:
- Safari → Preferences → Websites → Pop-up Windows
- Find app.entrepedia.co → Select "Allow"
Firefox:
- Click the shield icon in the address bar
- Turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site
- Or: Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions → Pop-ups → Exceptions → Add app.entrepedia.co
Edge:
- Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Pop-ups and redirects
- Add app.entrepedia.co to "Allow"

Other Common Issues
Issue: Download Started But File Not Found
Try these:
- Check your Downloads folder
- Check browser download history (Ctrl/Cmd + J)
- Search your computer for
.zipfiles - The file may have downloaded with a different name
Issue: "Failed" or "Error" Message
Try these:
- Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R)
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
- Check your internet connection
- Try downloading again
Issue: ZIP File Won't Open
Try these:
- Make sure the download completed fully
- Re-download the file
- Use a dedicated unzip tool:
- Windows: 7-Zip, WinRAR
- Mac: The Unarchiver
- Check if your antivirus is blocking the file
Issue: Files Inside ZIP Are Missing or Corrupted
Try these:
- Delete the current download
- Clear browser cache
- Download again
- Use a different browser
- If the issue persists, contact support
Issue: Downloads Work But Very Slow
Try these:
- Check your internet speed
- Try downloading during off-peak hours
- Pause other downloads or streaming
- Try a wired connection instead of WiFi
Browser-Specific Solutions
Chrome
- Clear cache: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data
- Disable extensions: Extensions can interfere with downloads
- Try Incognito mode: Press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + N
Safari
- Clear cache: Safari → Clear History
- Check downloads settings: Preferences → General → File download location
- Try right-clicking the download button → "Download Linked File"
Firefox
- Clear cache: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Data
- Check download settings: Settings → Files and Applications
- Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for the site
Edge
- Clear cache: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data
- Try InPrivate mode: Press Ctrl + Shift + N

- Try a different device — Test on another computer or phone
- Try a different network — Switch from WiFi to mobile data or vice versa
- Take a screenshot — Capture the error message
- Contact support — Share the screenshot and details about:
- What product you're trying to download
- What browser you're using
- What error message (if any) you see
