Unzipping Downloaded Files

Updated Feb 9, 2026

All products download as ZIP files. Here's how to extract them on any device.

What is a ZIP File?

A ZIP file is a compressed folder containing multiple files. When you download a product, you get one ZIP file that contains:

  • The main product (PDF, Word, video, etc.)
  • Additional files (covers, artwork, transcripts)
  • Any bonus materials

You must "unzip" or "extract" the files before you can use them.
