Downloading on Mobile Devices

You can download products on mobile devices, but there are some limitations to be aware of.
Can I Download on Mobile?
Yes, but we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience because:
- ZIP files are easier to manage on computers
- Some mobile devices have trouble with ZIP extraction
- Editing products is more practical on desktop
That said, downloading on mobile is definitely possible.
Downloading on iPhone/iPad
Step 1: Download the File
- Open Safari and go to app.entrepedia.co
- Log in and navigate to your product
- Tap the Download button
Step 2: Locate the Download
- Open the Files app
- Go to Downloads (under "On My iPhone" or "iCloud Drive")
- Find the ZIP file
Step 3: Extract the ZIP
- Tap the ZIP file
- iOS will create a folder with the extracted contents
- Open the folder to access your files
Viewing Files
- PDFs: Open directly in Files app or Books
- Word files: Use Microsoft Word app or Google Docs
- Images: View in Photos or Files
Downloading on Android
Step 1: Download the File
- Open Chrome and go to app.entrepedia.co
- Log in and navigate to your product
- Tap the Download button
Step 2: Locate the Download
- Open your Files or My Files app
- Tap Downloads
- Find the ZIP file
Step 3: Extract the ZIP
- Tap the ZIP file
- Select Extract or Extract All
- Choose where to extract the files
- Open the extracted folder
Viewing Files
- PDFs: Opens in most Android file viewers
- Word files: Use Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or WPS Office
- Images: Opens in Gallery

Common Mobile Issues
Files Won't Download
- Allow pop-ups for app.entrepedia.co in your browser settings
- Check available storage space
- Try using a different browser
Can't Open ZIP File
- Download a ZIP extraction app (iZip for iOS, ZArchiver for Android)
- Try downloading again (file may have been corrupted)
Can't Find Downloaded File
- Check your browser's download history
- Search for ".zip" in your Files app
- Look in the Downloads folder
Files Downloaded But Won't Open
- You may need a specific app to open that file type
- Word files need Word or Google Docs
- Some Notion templates need to be opened via link
Best Practice: Download on Desktop
For the best experience, we recommend:
- Download on desktop — Easier to manage and organize files
- Extract and review — Make sure all files are present
