Can I Download on Mobile?

Yes, but we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience because:

• ZIP files are easier to manage on computers
• Some mobile devices have trouble with ZIP extraction
• Editing products is more practical on desktop

That said, downloading on mobile is definitely possible.

2. Log in and navigate to your product
3. Tap the Download button

Step 2: Locate the Download

1. Open the Files app
2. Go to Downloads (under "On My iPhone" or "iCloud Drive")
3. Find the ZIP file

Step 3: Extract the ZIP

1. Tap the ZIP file
2. iOS will create a folder with the extracted contents
3. Open the folder to access your files
