Done-for-You Online Courses: What You Get
Updated Nov 6, 2026
The Studio builds your whole online course for you: the lessons, the videos, practice after every lesson, an AI tutor that coaches in your voice and certificates of completion, live on your own domain under your name. Your part usually takes an afternoon, it goes live in weeks, and projects run $5,000 to $15,000 depending on the size of the academy.
What's included
- Lessons written from your material. Your book, slide decks, handbooks, recordings, notes or a method you teach on calls. You approve the course outline before anything is written.
- Lessons on film. Drawn explainers, narrated decks or presenter videos, captioned and in your brand. You don't have to film anything. Your own videos can go into any lesson.
- Practice after every lesson. Decision scenarios, rapid drills, role-play by chat, field missions, explain-it-back and knowledge checks. Feedback comes in words, not scores, and a pass mark can open the next lesson or the certificate.
- An AI tutor in your voice. It answers from your course and coaches the way you would.
- Certificates of completion in your brand, with a public link anyone can use to check them.
- Audio for every lesson, so written lessons can be listened to on the go.
- See who's ready. Where people hesitate in practice, so you know what to teach next.
- Your brand, your domain. Your logo, colours and domain. Learners never see ours.
The platform
Academies run on Fayne, the academy platform our team built for this work. You can tour a sample academy on the course page.
Selling your course
You sell through your own Stripe account: single courses, bundles or ongoing access, one-time or recurring. There's no limit on learners.
How it works
- Send. You send what you have. Your part usually takes an afternoon.
- Build. You approve the outline first. Then we make the videos, the practice, the tutor and the certificate, in your brand.
- Launch. On your domain, sold through your own Stripe, with a clear view of who's ready.
You get a launch date on the first call.
Are the certificates accredited?
No. They're certificates of completion in your brand, with a public link to check them. They aren't accredited or graded.
Example
Dr. Lori Smith turned decades of government contracting expertise into a 17-course academy with 165 lessons, under her own brand, with explainer video in every course.
Already have a book?
A course is a natural next step: the same chapters, taught as a course. Many clients start with a book and add an academy.
