How the Studio Process Works
Updated Nov 6, 2026
Every Studio project follows the same path: a free strategy call to decide what to build, a few recorded conversations where we capture your expertise, a build phase where writers, designers and strategists create the asset in your voice while you review drafts, and a launch where it gets connected to how you sell. For a first asset, your part is about 2 to 3 hours in total.
The five steps
1. Strategy call (day 1)
One free 30-minute call. We map what you know, who you serve and what is worth building first. You leave with a clear plan, whether you work with us or not.
Your part: one call.
2. Extraction (week 1)
A few relaxed, recorded conversations about the work you already do. We pull out your method, your stories and your opinions, and give your frameworks a name. You can also send material you already have, like decks, talks, notes or an old draft.
Your part: a few conversations.
3. Creation (weeks 2 to 3)
Writers, designers and strategists build the asset in your voice. You review, we refine, until it reads like you on your best day. For a book, you get a draft to review halfway through.
Your part: review and approve.
4. Launch (week 4)
Where it's part of your project, the landing page, email follow-up and tracking are set up and connected to how you sell. Nothing for you to configure.
Your part: say go.
5. After launch
Buyers arrive having already read your thinking, so calls start warm. Positioning, funnels and launch support are part of how we work, so the asset brings in business instead of sitting on a shelf.
How a book project runs
- Plan. You share the idea, and we define the concept, audience and goals with you.
- Create. Seven business days of production once the plan is set: research, writing, AI refinement, editing, layout and cover design. You review a draft halfway.
- Launch. You get a market-ready package: print-ready files, EPUB and Kindle versions, 3D mockups, source files and your ownership license.
One additional review round is included after we send you the book. Most books launch within 30 days. See How long does a Studio book take?
Who you work with
From the first call to launch, you work directly with the people who run Entrepedia, backed by our writers, designers, strategists and engineers. One team, one point of contact.
Behind every step sits our six-phase Authority Ecosystem Method: Strategy, Extraction, Creation, Optimization, Production and Activation, refined across 300+ expert projects.
What we won't do
- Sell you a format before we understand your buyers. Strategy comes first.
- Make you write it yourself. You talk, we capture, write and build.
- Ship anything that doesn't sound like you. Nothing goes out without your approval.
- Hand over a file and disappear. We connect it to your sales and stay for launch.
- Promise you'll 10x overnight. We explain the mechanism, you judge the math.
- Keep any rights to your work. You own 100% of everything we make.
Why it's fast
The work runs in parallel. Once the strategy is set, writers, designers and strategists work at the same time instead of waiting on each other. AI handles research, transcripts and first drafts, so the team spends its time on your ideas. Most first assets are ready in 2 to 4 weeks.
