We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Master Library purchases.

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Conditions

Eligible for Refund

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Downloaded fewer than 50 products
  • Valid reason for dissatisfaction

Not Eligible for Refund

  • More than 30 days since purchase
  • Downloaded 50 or more products
  • Requesting refund after extensive use of materials

Why the Download Limit?

The 50-product limit exists because:

  • It protects against abuse of the guarantee
  • Downloading many products indicates satisfaction and use
  • It's fair to customers who stay

If you've downloaded 50+ products, you've received significant value from your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

Email support with:

  • Your purchase email address
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase

Step 2: Review

We'll review your request and verify:

  • Purchase date
  • Download history
  • Eligibility

Step 3: Processing

If approved:

  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • 5-10 business days to appear (depending on bank)
  • Access to platform will be revoked

Important Notes

Access After Refund

Once refunded, your access to the Master Library is removed. You will no longer be able to download products.

Products Already Downloaded

Products you downloaded before the refund remain on your computer, but you no longer have the license to sell or distribute them.

Custom Product Service

Custom products are created specifically for you and are generally non-refundable once work begins. Contact support for specific situations.

Store Purchases

Individual products purchased from the Entrepedia Store have the same 30-day policy.
