Invoices, Receipts and VAT for Your Purchase

Every one-time purchase on Entrepedia, like the $97 Master Library, is processed by Stripe, which creates an invoice for your payment. Look for it in the inbox of the email you used at checkout. Buying as a business? Add your company tax ID (for example an EU VAT number) on the Stripe checkout page so it appears on the invoice. For a copy, or to change the details, email support@entrepedia.co.

Getting your invoice or receipt

Search the inbox of the email you paid with for "Entrepedia" or "receipt". Check spam and promotions too.
Can't find it? Email support@entrepedia.co from that address with the date and amount of the payment, and we'll send you the invoice.

Adding a VAT number or company details

At checkout: the Stripe checkout page has a field for your business tax ID and asks for billing details. Fill these in before you pay.
After you paid: email us with your company name, address and tax ID, and the email you paid with. We'll tell you what we can update.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars with tax included.
Tax is worked out at checkout from your location and shown before you pay.
Stripe may show the price in your local currency.

Older monthly or yearly plans

If you're on an older monthly or yearly subscription, click Billing in the account menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar). It opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can see your payments and invoices, update your card and cancel your plan.

Other purchases

AI Skill Pack ($47): billed separately from the Master Library, with its own invoice.
Studio projects: invoices are handled with your project. Ask your project contact.
