How to Change Your Email or Password, or Delete Your Account
Updated Nov 6, 2026
To change your password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page: we email you a 6-digit code and you choose a new password. To change the email address on your account, or to delete your account, email support@entrepedia.co from your current account email. There's no self-serve button for those two yet.
Change or reset your password
- Go to entrepedia.co/forgot-password (or click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page).
- Enter your account email.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the email. It's valid for 60 minutes.
- Choose your new password.
This works whether you forgot your password or just want a new one.
Signed up with Google? You don't need an Entrepedia password. Keep using Sign in with Google, and change your password in your Google account if needed.
Change the email on your account
Your purchases are linked to your account email, so we change it for you:
- Email support@entrepedia.co from the email currently on your account.
- Tell us the new email address you want to use.
- We'll confirm when it's done. Then sign in with the new email.
Please don't create a second account with the new email. Your purchase stays on the old one.
Change the name on your license
Your private label license certificate uses the name on your account. If your name isn't set yet, you're asked for it when you first generate the license at Your license. To change it afterwards, email us.
See your account details
Open Account to see your name, email, plan, downloads and the date you joined.
Delete your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@entrepedia.co from your account email and asking us to delete it.
Before you do:
- Deleting isn't a refund. If you bought in the last 30 days and want your money back, see the refund policy.
- You lose access to the library, the tools, Digital Product University and your saved products and tags.
- On an older monthly or yearly plan? Cancel under Billing in the account menu first, so you aren't charged again.
