The Client

25 years across three continents. One methodology that changed outcomes.

Olga Kiendler built businesses from scratch across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She ran teams of sixty-plus, sat on boards, completed her Executive MBA, studied hypnotherapy, and spent years in rooms where billion-dollar decisions were being made by people who did not actually understand why they were deciding what they were deciding.

Out of all of it, she had developed a way of working with executives that genuinely changed their outcomes. But none of it had a name. None of it existed on paper. Her expertise lived entirely inside her head - powerful in a room, invisible outside of one.

She needed to move from “I know how to do this” to “this is my system, and here is the book.” She wanted to turn implicit knowledge into a framework she could trademark, license, teach, and scale.

The Challenge

Finding a process that matched how she thinks.

Olga had been wanting to write a book for years. She had bits and bobs of writing scattered across notes, decks, and client conversations. But writing a real book - the kind that structures a methodology and delivers it in a way a reader can actually use - was a very different craft from the one she had spent her career mastering.

She explored ghostwriters on Fiverr and Upwork. None of them fit. Her deal-breakers were specific: she did not want a lone ghostwriter working from home without a company behind the work. She did not want pure AI. She wanted a human combined with AI - a hybrid process that could match her depth of thinking.

“I wanted a human combined with AI. I know it's going to cost more and that's perfectly fine with me - because the quality is different.” That third requirement narrowed the field to almost nothing.

The Solution

One book. Three frameworks. A business built around it.

Olga partnered with Entrepedia to write Mind Behind the Move - a full-length leadership book on executive decision-making.

Found through quality

Olga discovered Entrepedia through the algorithm, bought the membership first, and vetted the work quality before any sales call. She started with the short-book package and upgraded to full-length after seeing the output.

Named the intellectual property

The writing process forced her to name and structure what she’d been doing for decades. Decision DNA®, DECODE™, and PAUSE all emerged from the book - making tacit knowledge explicit and transferable.

Human combined with AI

Olga didn’t want a lone ghostwriter or pure AI. She wanted a hybrid. “I knew it was going to cost more, and that was perfectly fine with me. The quality is different.” She found a real team using AI as a tool, not a substitute for craft.

In Olga's Words
“The book was a mirror of my work. When they framed it in professional terms, I thought - wow, this really sounds amazing.”

I had my material and I used it, but I wasn't praising it. I wasn't talking about it. I just knew what I was doing. Writing the book changed that completely.

What the Book Unlocked

From tacit knowledge to trademarked system.

The book didn’t just capture what Olga knew. It forced her to structure, name, and scale it.

Step 01

Named the methodology

Decision DNA®, DECODE™, and PAUSE went from tacit knowledge locked inside Olga’s head to named, structured, and trademarked intellectual property.

Step 02

Made it transferable

Writing a book forces you to deliver value to a reader you’ll never meet. The process turned implicit expertise into a repeatable, teachable system.

Step 03

Added the personal voice

The last round of personal inputs went beyond the academic instinct. Those edits are what Olga loves most about the book - it sounds like her, not a textbook.

Step 04

Created a center of gravity

Website, funnel, workshops, software, and award applications all radiate from the book. It became the foundation for everything she’s building.

I love the way you approach clients - the patience, the dedication. I understood you are a startup, defining the process as you go. I didn't need a perfect system. We were working together. And for me, that process was just perfect.
