Kontentino is a leading European social media management platform, helping agencies, brands, and freelancers plan, collaborate, approve, schedule, and publish content across 9+ social platforms.

With over 1.2 million posts scheduled annually and a growing global footprint, Kontentino had established itself as the go-to tool for teams that need streamlined social media workflows powered by AI - without sacrificing brand control.

They had a strong opinion that European social media operates differently from the rest of the world. Nobody was really talking about it. They needed a way to own that conversation.

The Challenge

No scalable lead magnet

Their previous lead magnet (a Social Media Activity Report) required deep data pulls from client accounts and significant internal capacity to analyze. It wasn't something they could replicate regularly.

In a crowded SaaS market, they needed an asset that separated them from competitors. Something that made prospects think of them first when it came to European social media strategy.

No physical marketing asset

When attending industry conferences and events, the team had nothing tangible to hand out that would leave a lasting impression beyond the usual branded swag.

The Solution

A professionally researched ebook with a genuinely differentiated angle.

Kontentino partnered with Entrepedia Studio to create a researched and designed ebook focused on the differences between European and global social media trends. Plenty of data existed, but nobody was actively owning the topic.

Production started in November, when social media trends for the upcoming year were already resonating. This allowed the team to leverage existing reports while building Kontentino's unique angle. Crucially, the design was built print-ready from day one, a decision that would prove critical later.

The final product was a polished, professional-grade ebook ready for immediate deployment as a lead magnet, an event handout, and a long-term thought leadership asset. All from a single production run.

For what it cost us, it delivered extremely well. Even on a direct basis, including the ebook production and everything, it was inline with our standard customer acquisition costs.
