License Restrictions - What's Not Allowed
While PLR gives you extensive rights, there are important limitations to understand. This protects both you and the Entrepedia community.
❌ You Cannot Pass PLR Rights to Others
The PLR license is for YOU only. Your customers:
- Can use the product for personal purposes
- Cannot edit, rebrand, or modify the content
- Cannot resell or redistribute the product
- Cannot claim PLR rights themselves
Example: You can sell an ebook to a customer, but they cannot turn around and sell it to someone else.
❌ You Cannot Sell as MRR (Master Resell Rights)
You cannot sell products and grant your buyers the right to resell them. The products must be sold for personal/end-use only.
❌ You Cannot Duplicate the Master Library
You cannot:
- Bundle and sell the entire Master Library
- Create a competing platform using all Entrepedia products
- Market your offer as a "Master Library" replica
- Grant dashboard access that mimics the Entrepedia experience
What IS allowed: Selling a curated selection of rebranded products in your own niche-focused store or membership.
❌ You Cannot Share Editable Source Files
Unless explicitly allowed for a specific product:
- Don't give customers the Word files
- Don't share original design files
- Don't pass along templates that allow editing
Your customers receive the final, finished product — not the editable sources.
❌ You Cannot Share Your Account Access
- Don't share your login credentials with others
- Don't give customers access to your Entrepedia dashboard
- Each person needs their own membership to access the library
❌ You Cannot Claim Exclusive Ownership
While you can sell products as your own brand:
- Other Entrepedia members have the same rights
- You cannot claim the content is exclusively yours
- You cannot pursue legal action against others selling the same base product
What About Amazon KDP?
You can publish on Amazon Kindle, but:
- Amazon has strict duplicate content policies
- You must make significant edits to the content
- If similar content already exists, Amazon may reject your submission
- Add your own insights, combine topics, or extensively rewrite
Protecting Your Own Customers
Since your customers don't receive PLR rights, we recommend:
- Add a license notice to your products stating "For personal use only"
- Include terms on your sales page about usage restrictions
- Place a disclaimer on the first page of ebooks
- Add a "Read Me" file to download folders explaining the license
