App Partnerships: How Building an App With Us Works

Entrepedia's app partnerships are for genuine experts who see a problem in their industry that software should solve. You bring the insight and access to the first users. Our team brings the product strategy, design, engineering and launch, then runs the product with you, and we share in what it earns, usually through a revenue split. We are not a development agency: we don't build apps to spec for a fixed fee, and we take on only a few partnerships at a time.
How a partnership works
- Apply. Tell us the problem, your industry and who you can put the product in front of. Apply at /apply/partner.
- Validate. A working call to pressure-test the idea and the market, and agree on terms.
- Build. A first version, designed and built by our team, tested with your people from the first weeks.
- Grow. We run the product and the tech. You lead the market. We share what it earns.

What we build
Web apps, iOS and Android apps, internal tools and AI features like voice practice, assistants that answer only from trusted sources, and automatic analysis. We pick what the product needs, not what's fashionable. You can see recent builds on the apps page.
Terms and ownership
Terms are flexible and agreed case by case, usually built around a revenue split. We talk them through on the first call, once we both know the idea is worth building. Ownership is agreed upfront as part of the partnership, in writing, before we build.
A fit, and not a fit
A fit:
- You've done the job, not just studied it
- You can name a problem people in your field pay to make go away
- You can put it in front of the first users yourself
- You're in it for years, not a quick launch
Not what we do:
- An app built to spec for a fixed fee
- An idea with no way to reach its first users
- A clone of something that already works
What happens after I apply?
We read every application. If it looks like a fit, we book a call to go deeper into the problem and the market. If it isn't, we tell you why.
