Entrepedia’s Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your participation in our affiliate program (the "Program") and establish the terms and conditions of the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.

Guidelines

1. Self-referrals are not allowed

You are not permitted to sign up for Entrepedia through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.

2. Abuse or attempting to mislead

We do not tolerate attempts to abuse our affiliate system. Any attempt to mislead, manipulate or defraud us or potential customers will result in your account being permanently banned. This includes posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any other activity that violates our policies.

3. No search engine ads, Facebook ads, or other ads that compete with our own marketing

You are not allowed to run any search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and potentially cause confusion for customers. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect any such activity.

4. No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e. as an employee)

You are not allowed to impersonate us or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.

5. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to the Terms of Service on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms.

Payouts

1. Definitions

Affiliate: An individual or entity that has been accepted into the Entrepedia s.r.o. Affiliate Program and has agreed to promote Entrepedia's products or services.

Commission: The compensation paid to Affiliates for successfully referring customers to Entrepedia s.r.o. The Commission is calculated as a flat percentage of 25% of the total sale amount for each Qualified Referral.

Qualified Referral: A referral that meets the conditions specified in the Affiliate Program Guidelines and results in a successful sale of Entrepedia s.r.o. products or services.

Payment Period: The period during which commission earnings accumulate and are eligible for payout. Payments will be processed on the 30th day of each month, covering the previous month's earnings.

Cookie Duration: The time frame during which a referral is tracked and attributed to an affiliate. The Cookie Duration is set at 60 days, meaning that Affiliates can earn commissions on referred sales made within 60 days of a customer's initial visit through their affiliate link.

Payment Methods: The accepted methods of commission disbursement, which include PayPal or Wise. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and functioning account details for their chosen payment method.

Termination: The action of discontinuing an Affiliate's participation in the Entrepedia s.r.o. Affiliate Program, which may occur if the Affiliate breaches the program's guidelines.

2. Commission Payout

Affiliates will receive their commission earnings on a monthly basis. Payments will be processed on the 30th day of each month, covering the previous month's earnings.

3. Minimum Payout Threshold

There is no minimum payout threshold. Affiliates will receive commissions regardless of the amount earned.

4. Termination

Entrepedia s.r.o. reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program if they violate the guidelines of the affiliate program, as outlined separately in the Affiliate Program Guidelines.

5. Affiliate Dashboard

Affiliates will have access to their own dashboard, providing them with analytics and performance data related to their referrals and commissions.

6. Tax and Legal Responsibilities

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax obligations and legal compliance in their respective jurisdictions. Entrepedia s.r.o. will not provide tax or legal advice to Affiliates.

7. Updates to Terms

Entrepedia s.r.o. reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of Affiliates to regularly review these terms for any changes.

By participating in the Entrepedia s.r.o. Affiliate Program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Payouts.

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason if you violate these terms.
